Why do you sell consulting in hourly blocks?
Hourly blocks keep pricing transparent and flexible. You can use hours across strategy, workshops and delivery without renegotiating scope every time priorities change.
What happens to unused hours?
Hours remain available for the validity period of your block (60, 120 or 180 days). We send a usage summary every month so nothing is wasted.
Can we upgrade to a larger block?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and your remaining hours carry over. Blocks of 80 hours or more get 10 to 20% off the hourly rate: 10% at 80 hours, 15% at 120 and 20% at 160 or more.
Which currency and payment terms do you use?
We invoice in US dollars for international clients and in Indian rupees for clients in India. Hour blocks are paid upfront; custom engagements can be billed monthly or by milestone.
Do you offer retainers or fixed-price projects?
