Terms of Service

These terms apply to consulting and development services provided by P26 Consultancy Private Limited ("P26") and to your use of p26.co. A signed proposal or statement of work takes precedence where it differs from these terms.

Services and hour blocks

• Consulting is charged at US $100 per hour, sold in blocks of 10 or 40 hours, or 80 hours and more at a volume discount (10% off at 80 hours, 15% at 120 hours, 20% at 160 hours or more), or as a custom engagement.
• Blocks are valid for 60 days (10 hours), 120 days (40 hours) or 180 days (80 hours or more) from purchase. Unused hours expire at the end of the validity period unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• We track time in 15-minute increments and share a usage summary every month.

Invoicing and payment

• International clients are invoiced in US dollars; clients in India are invoiced in Indian rupees, with applicable taxes (including GST) added.
• Hour blocks are payable 100% in advance. Custom engagements are billed monthly or by milestone as set out in the proposal, payable within 15 days of invoice.

Confidentiality

Both parties keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for the engagement. We are happy to sign your NDA.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you, including source code. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, know-how and generic components, and grant you a perpetual licence to use any that are included in your deliverables.

Your responsibilities

You provide timely access to people, systems and data needed for the work, and confirm you have the right to share any data you give us.

Warranties and liability

We perform services with reasonable skill and care. AI systems can produce inaccurate output; you remain responsible for business decisions made using them. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

Either party may end a custom engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the end date remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
